CUSTOMER-FRIEDNLY CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Due to Corona, the conditions for your holiday can change quickly.
Therefore, we offer you a CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY CANCELLATION up to 17 days before arrival for our trips from 1st December to 3rd January.

We only keep € 35,- per person of your deposit as a handling fee. The refund will be made within 21 days at the latest after you have given us your bank details.

Thereafter:
16 to 4 days before departure 30 %.
3 days before departure (no show) 45 %.

2. Current Office-situation
The authority measures are also not without consequences for us either: We currently have restricted office operation times, which means that the processing of your requests will take longer than usual. Our office operating times on telephone are:  Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If the person in charge is only available on the next day or the day after next, we will gladly accept your call back request. You can also send any inquiries by email.
Again we are available for you personally at our Information Centre Linz/Danube (near Pfarrplatz) at the following times: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Satturday and Sunday is closed.

3. Information for ship travellers
3.1. Cruises 2021
For information of the Danube summer cruises 2021, please contact us directly (primadonna[at]donautouristik.com). Please note, that for current cancellations our general terms and conditions apply. Please note that approx. 3 weeks before arrival we will inform you separately via E-Mail AND via letter if the cruise takes place as scheduled.

3.2. Measures on board of the MS Primadonna
The precautions on board range from increased disinfection measures to the deployment of medical professionals. At the restaurant, meals are served in two sessions with sufficient distance to other travel participants. Cabin service on the promenade deck can be booked on request and is offered in full service (served menu).
Every guest on board receives his or her own hygiene and prevention information with corresponding recommendation for the journey.
There is currently an obligation to wear a face mask on board, so you will be asked to wear it during the short distances between your cabin and public areas such as the atrium, restaurants and when de-/boarding. When sitting at a table in the restaurant, bar etc. as well as on the open deck, no face mask must be worn.  All protection measures can be found here!
