Gastronomy

We are dedicated to our tightly controlled distinction of “healthy cuisine” from the Upper Austrian provincial government. We offer exclusively first class quality German and Austrian products on board, principally consisting of organic, freshly and innovatively cooked ingredients.
Our menu includes vegetarian options, as well as regional specialities from the Danubian countries.

Gourmet-Cuisine

Head chef Pietro de Rosa and a team of nine professional chefs prepare fresh, top-quality meals on board. Specialties of Viennese cuisine and seasonal dishes from the Danube countries are both a must and a highlight. A rich breakfast buffet, 3- or 4-course menus for lunch and dinner, afternoon coffee with cake, and a midnight snack are all included. Vegan, vegetarian, and lactose-free options are available upon request.

Choose from quality wines at top prices (for example, Bordeaux 2017 for €19.80). On the sun deck, we serve long drinks and cocktails while you admire the Danube region from a deck chair under the sunshade. You can customize your lunch package to suit your taste.

PRIMO GUSTO

Just as many people can be accommodated in the panorama restaurant. The advantage is that all guests can eat togehter at the same time. On demand we prepare as well special diet meals. Please inform us already with your booking in advance!
